Self-owned Fabric Factory
To ensure stable fabric quality, cost control and independent development capability, we established our own fabric factory in 2018. Spanning three floors and 15,000 square meters, the factory integrates raw material storage, knitting, dyeing, finishing and R&D.
Equipped with 60 large circular knitting machines, it produces 5,000 tons of high-stretch greige fabric annually. We maintain a long-term stock of premium materials such as Korean Creora, American Lycra and German RUDOLFY antibacterial agents. Every batch of dyed fabric undergoes strict inspection by experienced fabric inspectors.
Our professional R&D team and in-house laboratory develop no fewer than eight new fabric styles each month, staying aligned with trends in functional sports fabrics to provide customers with stable, high-quality and differentiated fabric solutions. Learn more about our fabric factory.
Apparel Sewing Factory
Our apparel factory, established in 2011, specializes in high-quality functional sportswear such as running wear, yoga wear and fitness wear. With certifications including BSCI, GRS, SGS, OEKO-TEX, SEDEX, ISO9001, and ISO14001, we ensure strict quality control and environmental standards.
Covering 21,000 square meters, our factory operates 14 production lines with a monthly capacity of 50,000 pieces and 170 staff, including 155 skilled workers. We offer advanced processes like seamless heat bonding, laser punching and ultrasonic bonding to meet high-end market needs. Our second floor houses a pattern-making team, sample workshop, intelligent cutting beds and a data-driven sewing line with 140 efficient sewing machines. The third floor features a 400-square-meter showroom displaying top-selling styles, many with our exclusive techniques.
